Dummies shall be restrained by a properly adjusted seatbelt, engaging the pelvis and shoulder, at all times while the vehicle is in motion.

§ BDC.102 - Pay attention, dummy
Dummies shall remain wholly engaged in the driving, riding, or operating task at all times. Handheld devices shall be handled by the passenger princeps.

§ BDC.103 - Watch your speed, dummy
Dummies shall govern their speed to adhere to posted speed limits or to traffic and roadway conditions, with due regard to other road users at all times.

§ BDC.104 - You’re still driving, dummy
Dummies shall retain full responsibility for the driving task while any driver assistance system is engaged, unless as an occupant of a fully autonomous vehicle.

§ BDC.105 - Operate sober, dummy
Dummies shall not operate a motor vehicle or any other personal transport device while impaired, without exception.

§ BDC.106 - Gear up, dummy
Dummies shall wear protective headgear and all other appropriate protective equipment, secured and properly fitted, for every ride.

§ BDC.107 - Speak up, dummy
Dummies shall feel empowered to speak up upon observing any unsafe or improper conduct, for the sake of themselves and all other road users.
